The community of Brightwater in Huntington Beach, California is considered to be the perfect secluded spot for the nature lover. Residents love being so close to the beaches and the Bolsa Chica Wetlands, while modern conveniences are also nearby.

This master planned community is made up of 365 homes and seven neighborhoods including Seaglass, Azurene, and Capri. Many floor plans have the famous Huntington Room with collapsible walls. You’ll find a variety of architectural styles in Brightwater like Monterey and Hampton as well as charming cottage designs. And there is no Mello Roos.

Residents here have access to the 2,000 square-foot Brightwater Clubhouse which has an open beam ceiling with a fireplace and seating as well as a kitchen.
